  • Transaction Information: Real estate transaction details, property addresses, client information, contracts, addenda, amendments, and closing documents
  • Communication Data: Messages sent through our platform, including AI chat conversations (ConsoleX), support inquiries, and email correspondence
  • Document Uploads: Contracts, disclosures, identification documents, and other files you upload to our platform

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type, and mobile network information
  • Usage Information: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on pages, click patterns, and navigation paths

  • Location Information: General location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)

Under Texas real estate law, brokerages are required to maintain certain records for a minimum period after transactions close. Transaction documents and related records may be retained for at least four (4) years after the closing or termination of a transaction, or longer as required by law.

After your sponsorship ends, we will retain necessary records as required by law and delete or anonymize other personal information within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Account Information

6.2 Communication Preferences

You can opt out of marketing communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Note that you cannot opt out of transactional communications related to your account or transactions.

6.4 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions required by law (such as TREC record retention requirements). Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your information from our active systems, though some information may be retained in backups or archives as required by law.

6.5 Do Not Track

Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals. However, we use privacy-focused analytics that do not track users across websites.

7. AI and Automated Processing

RaiderX uses artificial intelligence and automated processing in several ways:

7.1 ConsoleX AI Assistant

Our AI-powered command center (ConsoleX) processes your messages to provide helpful responses about real estate questions, contracts, policies, procedures, and general assistance. Chat conversations may be:

  • Processed by our AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate responses
  • Stored for your conversation history and reference
  • Used to improve AI response quality (in anonymized, aggregated form)

Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential client data in AI chat conversations.

7.2 Content Generation

Our AI-powered content creation tools may process property information and preferences you provide to generate marketing materials, listing descriptions, and social media content.

7.3 Document Processing

We may use automated systems to categorize, organize, and analyze documents you upload for compliance review and transaction management purposes.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our Services:
