This one-page form provides a structured way for a seller to reject a buyer's offer while simultaneously inviting the buyer to submit a new offer with different terms. Form Outline

The TXR 1926 form is organized into the following sections:

  1. To / From / Re
    Identifies the buyer (recipient), the seller (sender), and the property that was the subject of the original offer.
  2. (1) Seller Does Not Accept the Offer
    Preprinted: "Seller does not accept the above-referenced offer you submitted." No blank.
  3. (2) Invitation to Submit Another Offer
    "You are invited to submit another offer, which Seller may more favorably consider if:" followed by sixteen ruled lines for the terms that would make a new offer more acceptable to the seller.
  4. (3) Not a Counter-Offer
    Preprinted: "This communication and invitation is not a counter-offer. The Property remains on the market. Seller may consider other offers and accept another offer." No blank.
  5. Seller Signatures
    Two Seller signature lines, each with a "Date" under the right end of the rule. Only the seller signs — there is no buyer signature line. Placed as e-sign tabs when the form is sent.
