Link Page

One link for every bio. Your photo, your buttons, a work-with-me form that lands in your CRM, built-in stats — and the TREC Information About Brokerage Services and Consumer Protection Notice links on every page, automatically.

raiderx.net/l/youLeads straight to your CRMTREC footer on every page

The TREC footer, built in

Name as licensed, license number, sponsoring broker, and the two TREC links with their exact titles sit in the footer of every page. Nothing to remember, nothing a visitor can miss.

A form, not a mailto

“Work with me” becomes a lead in your CRM with a push to your phone — name, email, phone, what they need help with. Same routing as every other consumer form on RaiderX.

The link you put everywhere

Social profiles give you one link. Agents end up pointing it at whatever was most recent, and the rest — the website, the listing that just went live, the home-valuation page, the calendar — never makes it into the bio. A link page fixes that: one address, every button, updated in seconds from your phone.

RaiderX builds yours from the profile you already have. Your photo, your name as licensed, your phone and email, and the social profiles you show publicly are there on day one. Add buttons, pick a look, turn it on, and paste raiderx.net/l/your-name into every bio.

It pairs with your marketing site: the site is the deep dive, the link page is the front door. Your published site and its home-valuation page are one tap away as suggested buttons.

Everything a visitor needs, nothing they don't

Buttons that go where you say

Up to 50 links — web addresses, email, call or text links — with titles, subtitles and icons. Drag to reorder, hide one without deleting it, feature one with a gentle pulse, or schedule a link to show up for an open house and disappear after.

Call, text, email

Quick-action buttons from the phone and email on your account, so a visitor on their phone is one tap from you. Every tap is counted.

A lead form that lands in your CRM

Name and email always; phone, what they need help with, and a message when you want them. Submissions become leads attributed to your link page with the usual new-lead email and push.

Your look

12 presets, then solid, gradient or photo backgrounds, button styles and shapes, 8 fonts, photo shape. Text color follows your background so the page always reads.

Stats without the creep

Views, unique visitors, clicks and click rate, leads, clicks per link, social and contact taps, referrers and devices. No cookies, no IP addresses stored.

The TREC footer, always

Name as licensed, license number, sponsoring broker, and links titled exactly “TREC Information About Brokerage Services” and “TREC Consumer Protection Notice.” Not removable, not renamable — the page never goes out without them.

How it works

1

Create it

Open Link Page on the web or in the app. Your photo, name, contact buttons and social icons are already in place; your published site and its home-valuation page are waiting as quick-add buttons.

2

Make it yours

Add the buttons you want people to tap, pick a look, set up the work-with-me form, and choose your link name. The live preview shows exactly what a visitor sees.

3

Turn it on

Copy the link (or the QR code) into your bios and your email signature. Watch the stats, swap buttons as your business changes, and turn it off any time.

Common questions

What is a link page?

One page at raiderx.net/l/your-name that holds every link you want people to tap — your website, listings, a calendar, a home-valuation page, your reviews — up to 50 of them, in the order you choose. Paste that one link into your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and email signature and keep every bio current from one place.

What about the TREC links every advertisement needs?

Every link page carries the TREC footer automatically and permanently: your name as licensed, your license number, "Sponsored by RaiderX" (or your team or LLC name), and two links titled exactly "TREC Information About Brokerage Services" — your personal IABS link — and "TREC Consumer Protection Notice". They cannot be removed, renamed or reordered, and the broker line is kept at least half the size of the largest contact text on the page. What you write in your headline, bio and buttons is still yours to keep compliant — your broker reviews advertising on the usual quarterly cycle.

Where do the leads go?

The "work with me" form on your page creates a lead in your RaiderX CRM, attributed to your link page, through the same routing as every other consumer form on the platform. You get the usual new-lead email and push notification, and duplicates merge into the existing record instead of cluttering your list.

What can I see in the stats?

Views, unique visitors, clicks and click rate, leads, a per-day chart, clicks per link, social and contact taps, where visitors came from, and devices — over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. It is privacy-first: no cookies and no IP addresses are stored; unique visitors are counted with a one-day hash.

Can I make it look like me?

12 looks to start from, then solid, gradient or photo backgrounds, four button styles, three button shapes, 8 fonts and your choice of photo shape. Text color is derived from your background so the page always reads. You can also feature a link with a gentle pulse, add section headers, and schedule a link to appear or disappear on a date.

Is it included, and does it work on mobile?

Included with every RaiderX plan at no extra charge. The mobile app has the same screen — create the page, turn it on or off, copy and share the link, manage links, pick a look, set the lead form and read the stats — and deep-links into the web editor for colors, fonts and background photos.

One link. Every bio. TREC footer included.

Link Page is included with every RaiderX sponsorship plan, alongside your marketing site, CRM, EZDocs and the rest of the toolkit.
