A verified map for each form ties your answers to the exact blanks on the official PDF. Checkboxes, radio groups, dollar amounts and dates land where they belong — and every signature, initial and date-signed tab is placed for you.
Prefilled from the deal

- Your brokerage block fills from your sponsorship; the other broker's block is optional, never required.
- Title-company receipt blocks and the broker's executed date are labeled for who fills them — not asked of you.
- Seller-answered disclosures go to the seller by link; the buyer's acknowledgment stays with the buyer's agent.
- Declined or expired requests reopen the draft so you can fix and resend, with everything you typed still there.
- Supervisors and your broker can review what was sent, but only you can edit your documents.

Which Texas forms can I fill and sign with EZDocs?
Every current TREC promulgated form an agent fills — all 41 of them, including the 2026-cycle Seller's Water Disclosure (61-0) and the back-up contract contingency notice (62-0) — plus 66 TXR forms so far: listing and buyer representation agreements, the residential lease family, the Seller's Disclosure Notice, IABS, and more. Those are "Instant fill": RaiderX fills the official PDF for you and places every signature line. The remaining TXR forms in the 198-form catalog can still be sent for e-signature in-app by placing the fields on the official blank.
Is EZDocs included with my sponsorship, or is there a per-signature fee?
EZDocs is included with every RaiderX plan — Individual, Team, LLC and PMC — at no additional cost. There is no per-document or per-signature fee and no separate e-signature subscription to buy.
What happens to a document after it is signed?
When every party has signed, the executed PDF files itself into the matching document slot of the deal you created it against, DealManager picks up the dates for deadlines and tasks, and your broker sees it in the deal's document checklist. Nothing to download, rename or re-upload.
Can my seller complete the Seller's Disclosure Notice themselves?
Yes. From the Seller's Disclosure Notice (TREC 55-1) or the Seller's Water Disclosure (61-0), tap Send to seller. Your seller gets a secure link to a plain-language questionnaire — no login, works on their phone — and when they submit, RaiderX generates the completed form and sends it straight to them for e-signature.
Does EZDocs work on mobile?
Yes. EZDocs is in the RaiderX mobile app for iOS and Android with the same catalog, guided fill, signer sheet and deal linkage as the web app, so you can fill and send an amendment from the driveway.
Are the forms compliant with TREC rules?
EZDocs fills the official current revision of each form, reproduced exactly as published — text, layout and pagination unchanged, as TREC rule §537.11 requires. The catalog always offers the current promulgated revision and hides superseded reprints, so you cannot accidentally send an outdated contract.
What does "beta" mean for EZDocs?
