Yes. If you regularly work in multiple counties served by different boards, many Texas agents hold membership (and pay dues) in more than one local board so they can access each board's MLS and serve clients across markets.
Some rural Texas counties are not served by a dedicated local board — those are typically served directly by “Texas REALTORS® Direct,” the state association's direct-membership option. Agents in those counties usually hold Texas REALTORS® Direct membership or join a nearby board that covers their market; RaiderX helps confirm the right board during onboarding.
