  6. Security Deposit Refund and Deductions
    Establishes that the security deposit refund goes jointly to remaining tenants only, that the departing tenant forfeits any claim to the deposit, and that deductions are applied regardless of which tenant caused the damage.
  7. Keys and Access Devices
    Sets a deadline for the departing tenant to return all keys and access devices, and specifies who receives them.
  8. Consideration for Amendment
    Specifies the fee that remaining tenants must pay the landlord as consideration for processing the tenant change amendment.
  9. Special Provisions
    Provides space for additional terms, conditions, or provisions agreed upon by the parties that are not covered elsewhere in the form.
  10. Signatures
    Signature block for landlords, all previous tenants, and all remaining tenants. Allows for property manager signature under written authorization.
