The TXR 2222 form is organized into the following sections:

  1. Notice Identification
    Header identifying who is sending the notice, who is receiving it, and which property management agreement is being terminated.
  2. Termination Date
    Specifies the reason for termination (broker cannot continue services, or party does not wish to extend monthly) and the effective termination date. At least 30 days' notice is required.
  3. Termination Fees
    Reminds the owner that upon termination, all fees and amounts agreed to under Paragraph 13 of the original management agreement must be paid to the broker.
  4. Execution
    The party sending the notice signs and dates the form, indicating whether they are the Owner or Broker.
