Form Outline

The TXR 2303 form is organized into the following sections:

  1. Broker Identification
Names the specific broker whose brokerage policies and procedures the sales associate is acknowledging.
  2. Acknowledgment and Agreement Items
The associate makes six specific acknowledgments: received a copy of the policies, read and understood them, had a chance to ask questions, agrees to follow them, understands the broker can amend them, and critically, understands they are not an employment contract and the broker can terminate the association at any time.
  3. Sales Associate Signature
The sales associate signs and dates the form to confirm all six acknowledgment items. This is a unilateral acknowledgment — only the associate signs.
