RaiderX Partner API

Connect your own software to your RaiderX records. Your deals, documents, CDAs, commissions, CRM, check-ins and compliance, read and written by the tools you already use, scoped exactly like your dashboard.

On for every partnerSigned webhooksA test mode that sends nothing

Scoped like your dashboard

An owner’s or team leader’s key reaches the organization. Every other partner’s key reaches only their own records. Never another organization’s.

The broker’s review stays

Broker review of every CDA, document storage, e-signature and the audit trail stay on RaiderX’s side. Lockouts and suspensions refuse changes just as in the app.

Your records, in your software

Teams and LLCs run on more than one tool: a CRM they already love, a spreadsheet the bookkeeper lives in, a dashboard someone built. The Partner API lets those tools read and write the same records you work with in RaiderX, so nobody types a deal twice.

It is on for every partner. Open Developer in the app, create a key, and hand the reference to your developer or your AI agent. Webhooks tell your software the moment something happens: a CDA approved, a document reviewed, a deal closed, a commission received, a check-in submitted.

The work of a brokerage, not just contacts

Deals and documents

Create and update deals, upload documents, read CDA status and broker conditions, and file a document into its slot. The same approval and lock rules as the app.

Commission records

Payers, co-op payables and referral fees on every deal, plus invoices and payouts to read. Webhooks when money is paid out or received.

The CRM

Contacts, leads, tasks and notes, with the same fields and duplicate rules as the app’s forms.

Check-ins and compliance

See what the monthly check-in needs and submit it with the app’s own checks. Read your license, approvals, E&O certificate and advertising findings.

Forms, marketing and the day

Start an EZDocs form and see the blanks still missing. Save an email campaign, a drip or a social post as a draft. Read Academy progress, notifications and the daily briefing.

For owners and leaders

An organization key adds the agents, their approvals and splits, adding a new agent to the team or company, and for an LLC or PMC the compliance documents and per-agent dues.

How to connect

1

Create a test key

Developer → API keys → Create key. A test key writes to your real records, but nothing leaves RaiderX: no e-signatures, emails or texts.

2

Hand over the reference

The reference is public: interactive, as Markdown for an AI coding agent, or as a Postman collection. Add a webhook endpoint when you want to hear about events.

3

Go live

Create a live key, switch your software to it, and watch the first day on the Developer page: request counts and every webhook delivery with a Replay button.

Common questions

Who can use it?

Every RaiderX partner. Nobody has to turn it on for you: open Developer in the app, create a key, and you are connected. An LLC or PMC owner, a team leader or the broker gets keys that reach the whole organization, the same records their dashboard shows. Every other partner gets keys that reach only their own records.

What does it cover?

Deals and their documents, CDA status and broker conditions, commission records and referral fees, contacts, leads, tasks and notes, the monthly check-in (what is owed, the questions, and submitting it with the same checks as the app), your compliance picture, invoices and payouts (read only), EZDocs forms, notifications, Partner Academy progress and the daily briefing. Your software can also save drafts for you to finish in the app: an EZDocs form, an email campaign, a drip or a social post. Nothing is sent or turned on through the API. Owner and team leader keys add the agents, their approvals and splits, adding a new agent, and for an LLC or PMC the compliance documents and dues.

Can a key see someone else’s records?

No. A key never reaches another organization’s records, and a personal key never reaches a colleague’s. License lockouts and compliance suspensions refuse changes exactly as they do in the app, and RaiderX keeps the broker’s review of every CDA, document storage, e-signatures and the audit trail on its side.

How do I try it without touching anything real?

Start with a test key. It writes to your real records, but nothing leaves RaiderX: no e-signatures, emails, texts or push notifications go out, and its webhook events reach only endpoints set to test traffic. Name test records so you can find and delete them. When it works, create a live key.

Can my developer or my AI agent build against it?

Yes. The reference is public, so they can read it without signing in: an interactive reference, a Markdown version written to be handed to an AI coding agent, and a Postman collection. Give each person their own test key, named after them, so you can revoke just theirs later.

What does it cost?

Nothing extra. The Partner API is included with every RaiderX plan. It is in beta: open to everyone and in daily use, and RaiderX tells every account with an active key before changing the shape of a call.

Bring your own software. Keep your broker’s review.

The Partner API is included with every RaiderX sponsorship plan, alongside the CRM, EZDocs, DealManager and the rest of the toolkit.
