Individual partners and teams are covered by RaiderX’s E&O policy, and the certificate of insurance (COI) is yours to download whenever someone asks for proof. When the party needs to be named on the certificate as an additional insured, you request that from the same place and our broker has it issued.
Open My Documents. The E&O Policy COI card has Download E&O COI — that is the certificate for RaiderX’s policy, and it is all most parties need.
Tap Request a COI naming someone on the same card. Enter their name and mailing address exactly as they gave them to you — they print on the certificate as typed — plus what it’s for and a needed-by date if there is one.
The request goes straight to our broker’s queue. You’ll see it under the card as Requested, and you can cancel it there if the party no longer needs it.
You get an email, an in-app notice and a push the moment the certificate is uploaded. It appears under the E&O card as Ready — download it there any time; it stays there.
Our broker has the carrier issue a certificate naming the party.
The certificate is on My Documents under your E&O card, and you’ve been told.
If it can’t be issued, the broker’s note says why — send a corrected request.
Your entity carries its own E&O policy, so certificates come from your own carrier. The request button isn’t shown to you.
The certificate prints the name and address as you typed them. If something changes, cancel the request and send a new one.
The broker has to have the carrier issue the certificate, so a closing or move-in date on the request helps it land in time.
