Individual partners in the RaiderX organization can request a firstname.lastname@raiderx.net mailbox. It’s created by request — nothing is set up automatically — because each one uses a paid mail license.
Open RaiderMail and choose Request my RaiderX email. Pick the address (it defaults to first.last) and send. This opens a Partner Request you can track.
A reviewer creates the mailbox once a license is free. When it’s created, a temporary password is emailed to your personal email address along with the new address, and your request is resolved.
Sign in once at mail.zoho.com with your @raiderx.net address and the temporary password to set your own.
Back in RaiderMail, click Connect my mailbox and approve access — signed in to Zoho as your @raiderx.net address. If it fails with “wrong Zoho account”, sign out of Zoho or use a private window and try again.
A two-pane inbox, templates, folders, threaded replies — and your TREC-compliant signature appended automatically. The address also works as a sign-in address for RaiderX.
Leaders, members and owners use their own business email — there is no @raiderx.net address for them.
The server details are in Mail settings. Sign in with your full @raiderx.net address and your Zoho mailbox password, which is kept in sync with your RaiderX password every time you set or reset it.
A suspended account’s mailbox is disabled and re-enables automatically on reactivation.
Sign in and the platform walks you through it. Stuck on a step? Ask ConsoleX from your dashboard — it knows this process end to end — or browse all 17 partner guides.
