Not every agent needs the same setup. If you're operating on your own, the Individual plan sponsors just your license and you keep 100% of your commission. If you're building or joining a team, the Team plan sponsors every agent under the leader's DBA, and the leader sets each agent's split — for antitrust reasons, agents sponsored under a team aren't at 100%, since the leader retains at least 1%.
LLC and PMC sponsorship are for agents (or business owners) running a licensed entity. Notably, an LLC or PMC can be sponsored even if its owner holds no Texas real estate license: the owner forms and owns the entity, RaiderX's broker acts as its designated broker, and the entity's licensed agents perform every piece of brokerage work. The owner can run the business side — finance, hiring, operations, company marketing, and recruiting — but can never perform or advertise licensed activity, present as an agent, broker, or REALTOR®, or present as the 'Owner.' Any agents sponsored under an LLC or PMC also have a split set by the entity owner, with the owner keeping at least 1%.
One more distinction worth knowing: RaiderX's E&O insurance is included for Individual and Team sponsorships, since Teams operate as DBAs under the RaiderX LLC. LLC and PMC partners are separate legal entities and are required to carry their own E&O policy. And if any property management work is involved, it has to happen under PMC sponsorship specifically — RaiderX's standard E&O policy excludes property management, and the PMC's own policy covers that activity instead.
