Refer & Earn program terms

Effective September 15, 2026. RaiderX, LLC (“RaiderX”).

These terms govern the RaiderX partner referral program (“Refer & Earn” or the “Program”). By sharing your referral link you agree to them. They sit alongside your Independent Contractor Agreement, any Business Entity Sponsorship Agreement, and the Policies & Procedures Manual; nothing here changes those agreements.

1. Who can participate

Sponsored RaiderX partners in good standing: individual partners, team agents and team leaders, LLC agents and LLC owners, and property management company owners and agents. A partner whose sponsorship has ended, is scheduled to end, or is suspended may not earn or receive rewards while in that state. RaiderX staff are not eligible.

2. Your link and your page

Each participant receives a personal referral link and landing page. The page goes live the first time you open Refer & Earn in the RaiderX platform; nothing is published before you have seen it. You may customise the link slug (a slug you release is never reassigned to anyone else, and your old links keep working) and the note shown on the page. Your name, photo, market and organization are shown as they appear in your RaiderX profile. You may share the link and the RaiderX-provided materials by text, email, social media, print or in person.

You may not: share the link through paid advertising that represents you as RaiderX; send unsolicited bulk messages; text people who have not consented to receive texts from you; misstate the reward, RaiderX pricing, or what sponsorship includes; or offer anything of value to the referred agent for joining. Advertising rules in the Policies & Procedures Manual and TREC advertising rules apply to anything you post.

3. What a qualifying referral is

A referred agent counts toward a reward when all of the following are true:

  1. They were attributed to you: they left their details on your landing page or submitted an application using your link, and no other partner’s link had captured them first (first attribution wins). The attribution cookie set by your link lasts 30 days; an application submitted with your link is attributed regardless of the cookie.
  2. They were not, at the time they were referred, a current RaiderX partner, a former partner, or an applicant with an open application.
  3. They are not you, and you did not create their account or application on their behalf — agents you add to your own team, LLC or PMC as its leader or owner are not referrals under this Program.
  4. They became a sponsored RaiderX partner with dues paid — by them directly, or by the team or LLC that sponsors them — under any plan.
  5. They remained a sponsored partner in good standing for 60 consecutive days after their sponsorship began. A referred partner who cancels, is offboarded, or whose dues lapse inside that window does not count. A referred partner who is suspended when the 60 days are up counts once the suspension is lifted.

RaiderX shows you every referred person and their status on your Refer & Earn page, including the reason when someone does not count.

4. The reward

For every 5 qualifying referrals, RaiderX credits $250 toward your RaiderX sponsorship dues. The reward repeats for every further group of 5 with no limit. Qualifying referrals are counted in the order they qualify; a referral is counted toward one reward only.

The credit is applied automatically as a balance credit on your RaiderX billing account and is drawn down by your next dues invoice(s). It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied to anything other than amounts you owe RaiderX, and is not earned or payable if your sponsorship ends before it is minted. If you do not pay dues directly (for example, your team leader or LLC pays them in full), RaiderX will contact you to deliver the reward in an equivalent form at RaiderX’s reasonable discretion.

The reward is a recruiting incentive from RaiderX to its sponsored partners. It is not a referral fee, commission, or compensation tied to any real estate transaction, and it is not conditioned on the referred agent’s production.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax consequences of rewards you receive. RaiderX may report rewards where the law requires and may request a completed W-9 before delivering a reward in a form other than a dues credit.

6. Disputes, mistakes and abuse

RaiderX’s records of attribution and sponsorship status are the record of the Program. If you believe a referral was attributed or counted incorrectly, open a support ticket within 60 days of the referred agent’s sponsorship start and RaiderX will review it in good faith. RaiderX may withhold, reverse or reclaim a reward that was earned through a breach of these terms, a misrepresentation, or an error, and may remove a participant from the Program for abuse.

7. Changes and ending the Program

RaiderX may change these terms or end the Program at any time with notice on this page and in the RaiderX platform. Changes apply to referrals attributed after the change takes effect; rewards already minted are honored under the terms in place when they were minted.

8. Privacy

Information a referred agent submits through your landing page is collected by RaiderX under its Privacy Policy and used to contact them about sponsorship. You see the referred agent’s name and status only; RaiderX does not share their contact details or application contents with you.
