Where EZDocs shows up in a transaction
Listing appointment. Fill the TXR listing agreement and the Information About Brokerage Services with your details already in the broker block, add the sellers from the deal with one tap, and send. Then send the Seller's Disclosure Notice to your seller by secure link — they answer a plain-language questionnaire on their phone, RaiderX generates the form, and it goes straight to them for signature.
Offer. Open the One to Four Family Residential Contract against the deal. Buyer, seller, property, price and closing date are prefilled. Answer the paragraphs that are yours — financing, option period, survey, special provisions — and add the Third Party Financing Addendum in the same sitting.
