AI Access connects the AI assistant you already use — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or any tool that speaks MCP — to your own RaiderX records. Ask it which deals are missing documents or where a CDA stands, and it answers from your live data. It sees exactly what you can see, nothing more.
On the web, open Settings and choose AI Access. In the mobile app it is on the Settings screen too. You will see your access keys, setup instructions for each tool, and the list of what your AI can do.
Tap Create key. Name it after the tool or device ("Claude Desktop", "Work laptop"), then choose Read-only — recommended; your AI can look things up but change nothing — or Read & write, which also lets it add notes, create tasks, log activities and update contacts. Tick the acknowledgment that the key acts as you and that what your AI tool does with the data it retrieves is your responsibility (Terms of Service § 11.1), then Create key. Copy the key now: it is shown once.
Under Set up your AI, open your tool. Claude Desktop: Settings → Developer → Edit Config, paste the block shown, restart Claude Desktop — it needs Node.js installed. Claude Code: run the one command shown in your terminal. Cursor: paste the snippet shown. Anything else that speaks MCP: point it at the server address shown, with the header shown. While your new key is on screen, every snippet is already filled in with it.
Try "which of my deals are missing documents?", "what is the status of my CDA on 123 Main St?" or "how do referral fees work on RaiderX?". It reads your deals, tasks, contacts, leads, invoices, CDAs, campaigns and the knowledge base. With a read & write key it can also draft campaigns, build nurture programs, create tasks and notes, and request a CDA after showing you the commission preview.
A key acts as you — treat it like your password. Revoke any key on the same page; it stops working within a minute. You can hold up to five active keys, and every use is logged.
Every question is limited to your own role and organization. Team leaders and LLC owners get their usual team-wide view; agents see their own records. Nobody holding your key can see more than your account can.
What that tool stores, processes or trains on is between you and its provider. Client confidentiality and your TREC obligations still apply to anything you feed it.
Email campaigns your AI creates are always drafts — you review and press Send in RaiderX. Deal rules are the same as in the app: no closing without a signed CDA, and no commission changes on a locked deal.
Answers come from your data but are not checked by RaiderX. Confirm commission math and deadlines in the platform itself.
