Where to get help at RaiderX

There’s a right door for every question, and using it gets you an answer faster than a text into the void.

The six steps

  1. 1

Ask ConsoleX first for “how do I…”

It knows our policies, the app, the forms and your own pipeline, and it answers instantly.

  2. 2

Open a Support request for a problem or a request

Web: the Support button in the bottom-right corner. Mobile: Settings → Contact Support. You get a ticket number and updates by email, and you can reply on the thread.

  3. 3

Expect RaiderBot first, then a person

Most tickets are picked up immediately by RaiderBot, RaiderX’s automated support engineer. It investigates and replies on your ticket, often within the hour; if it can’t resolve it, it hands the ticket to staff with its findings and a person follows up.

  4. 4

Deal issues after a CDA: the Escalations tab

From the deal, raise an escalation — expedite CDA review, a question about a condition, reopen, cancel and more. The broker rules on every one: Approved, Denied or Changes requested. An approval acts on the deal immediately.

  5. 5

Your Account Executive for the rest

Transaction guidance, onboarding help, day-to-day questions. Your AE is listed in Settings.

  6. 6

Board, MLS and Supra: contact your board

RaiderX can’t troubleshoot, reset or expedite anything the board or its MLS runs. The one exception: if the board needs something from your sponsoring broker, open a Support request.
