How much does it cost to join GEPAR?

Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® publishes for 2026: $442 per year in dues (a single figure that already includes Texas REALTORS® and NAR); $254.13 in one-time application, orientation or setup fees; about $528.80 per year for MLS access; about $220.84 per year for the lockbox key service. That works out to roughly $1,445.77 for a first full year as a primary REALTOR® member. Dues are prorated by the month you join. Verified September 18, 2026.

What does a broker or LLC pay to open an office with GEPAR?

GEPAR lists mls participant setup fee (member) ($225) — $225 in one-time fees — on top of the Designated REALTOR®'s own dues and MLS subscription. Every licensee sponsored by that office then joins as an individual member.

Texas REALTORS® lists Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® as the local association for El Paso County.

Is GEPAR one of RaiderX's member boards?
