Counties HAR serves

BrazoriaChambersFort BendGalvestonHarrisLibertyMontgomery

Texas REALTORS® lists more than one association for Brazoria (HOUSTON ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® INC), Chambers (HOUSTON ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® INC), Galveston (HOUSTON ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® INC), Liberty (BEAUMONT BOARD OF REALTORS® INC). Agents there choose the board whose MLS their business needs.

How this fits RaiderX sponsorship

RaiderX holds broker membership at HAR, so RaiderX-sponsored agents join here directly and subscribe to HAR MLS (Matrix) under RaiderX's sponsorship. Board dues, MLS and key fees are yours and are paid to the board — they are separate from RaiderX's flat monthly sponsorship. MLS logins, keys and board billing are handled by HAR, not RaiderX; the only broker-side step is confirming your sponsorship when the board asks.

HAR membership FAQ

How much does it cost to join HAR?

Houston Association of REALTORS® publishes for 2026: $132 per year in local dues plus $358 for Texas REALTORS® and NAR; about $420 per year for MLS access. That works out to roughly $910 for a first full year as a primary REALTOR® member, before application fee and supra ekey activation and subscription, which HAR does not publish. Dues are prorated by the month you join. Verified September 18, 2026.

What does a broker or LLC pay to open an office with HAR?

HAR does not publish its Designated REALTOR® or office fees online; contact the board for the broker application. A broker who is a REALTOR® is also responsible for board membership (or a non-member assessment) for every licensee the office sponsors.

Which Texas counties does HAR cover?

Texas REALTORS® lists Houston Association of REALTORS® as the local association for Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty and Montgomery counties. Brazoria and Chambers and Galveston and Liberty counties are also served by another association.

Can RaiderX-sponsored agents join HAR?

Yes. Houston Association of REALTORS® is one of the seven Texas boards where RaiderX holds broker membership, so a RaiderX-sponsored agent joins HAR directly as a REALTOR® member and MLS subscriber under RaiderX's sponsorship. You pay the board's dues and fees yourself — they are separate from RaiderX's flat monthly sponsorship fee — and the board, not RaiderX, handles MLS access, keys and billing.

Board dues are yours. Your commission is too.

RaiderX sponsors Texas agents for a flat monthly fee with no commission split — you pay your board, we pay for the platform, and you keep 100%.
