Billing calendar & rules

  • All dues are non-refundable.

Good to know

  • A broker who is a REALTOR® is assessed additional dues for every sponsored licensee who does not join a board.
  • A non-REALTOR® MLS subscription exists only when a broker elects that the entire brokerage will not hold REALTOR® membership.
  • SABOR and the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® signed a strategic merger agreement on April 14 2026; it still needs member votes and NAR ratification.

How much does it cost to join SABOR?

San Antonio Board of REALTORS® publishes for 2026: $125 per year in local dues plus $358 for Texas REALTORS® and NAR; $100 in one-time application, orientation or setup fees; about $950 per year for MLS access. That works out to roughly $1,533 for a first full year as a primary REALTOR® member, before supra electronic lockbox and key pricing (contact sabor), which SABOR does not publish. What does a broker or LLC pay to open an office with SABOR?

SABOR does not publish its Designated REALTOR® or office fees online; contact the board for the broker application. A broker who is a REALTOR® is also responsible for board membership (or a non-member assessment) for every licensee the office sponsors.

Which Texas counties does SABOR cover?

Texas REALTORS® lists San Antonio Board of REALTORS® as the local association for Atascosa, Bee, Bexar, Frio, Karnes, Kendall, La Salle, Maverick, McMullen, Medina, Uvalde, Val Verde, Wilson and Zavala counties.

Can RaiderX-sponsored agents join SABOR?

Yes.
