You can only work — and RaiderX can only route leads to you for — the transaction types and Texas counties you’re approved for. Both are requested from My Approvals & Splits.

Pick the type you want. The wizard checks two things. If you’ve completed the matching Partner Academy course, the approval is granted the moment you submit. If you haven’t, you can attest to three or more closed transactions of that type as the licensed agent of record, with a short description — that goes to the broker, who may verify it.
The wizard points you to the matching Academy course. Finish it and re-request — that approval is instant.
Add the Texas county where the property sits. Your first county goes to the broker for approval. Counties adjacent to one you already hold approve automatically, so expanding is quick.
My Approvals & Splits shows the Association of REALTORS® that serves each approved county. Membership and MLS access are between you and the board — see the board guide.
Course complete — the type is approved on submit.
An attestation, or your first county — you’re notified when the broker rules.
The New Deal form offers the type and county, and leads for them route to you.
An approved market and an approved transaction type. Missing either one means no routing and an empty marketplace.
Any property management needs express broker approval plus PMC sponsorship — an LLC with its own E&O, because RaiderX’s policy excludes property management.
Experience never waives it, and finishing it doesn’t grant a transaction type. It’s already waiting for you under Academy.
