How to join your board and get MLS access

RaiderX is an MLS-participating brokerage, which means you join the local Association of REALTORS® and its MLS yourself for each market you work. The board — not RaiderX — handles your MLS login, your Supra key and your dues.

The five steps

    Find the board for your county

    My Approvals & Splits lists the Association of REALTORS® serving each county you’re approved for. RaiderX holds broker membership at eight boards: SABOR (San Antonio), HAR (Houston), MetroTex (Dallas–Fort Worth), ABoR (Austin), Greater McAllen (South Texas), Lubbock, Permian Basin, and Greater El Paso.

    Check what it costs

    Every Texas board’s published dues, application, MLS and key fees — with sources and the date we verified them — are at raiderx.net/resources/texas-realtor-boards. The dues page compares them side by side.

  3. 3

    Apply to the board directly

    Complete the association’s application and pay its dues. Board and MLS dues are paid to the association, never to RaiderX.

  4. 4

    Name RaiderX as your broker

    If the board asks for a sponsorship confirmation or a broker signature, open a Support request and we take care of that piece.

  5. 5

    Set up MLS and your key with the board

    MLS credentials, Supra or eKEY lockboxes and any orientation are the board’s programs — they’ll walk you through them.

Who handles what

MLS, Supra, dues and membership questions go to the board

RaiderX can’t troubleshoot, reset or expedite any of it — a support ticket will only send you back to the board.

Another board?

RaiderX doesn’t join any other association unless you agree to cover that membership expense.

Quick answers

Do I have to join a board?
Yes. RaiderX is not a non-MLS sponsor — board and MLS membership is part of practicing under RaiderX.
Can I work more than one market?
