Your commission is paid out by the broker after the CDA is signed and the funds are received — by the method you pick in Settings. Set it up before your first closing so nothing waits on it.
In Settings → Commission Disbursement, pick a method for each payment type — commission from title or escrow, and commission paid by invoice or another broker. You’ll see what’s offered for each: a mailed check (typically 5–7 days, no fee), a wire transfer (2–3 days, no RaiderX fee), and for invoice-type payments Stripe Connect direct deposit (1–2 business days, 0.25% + $0.25). Checks and wires use the address and bank details on file, so keep them current.
Settings → Stripe Connect Payouts walks you through the payout account. From there you can turn on instant payouts (extra fee) and open your Stripe dashboard.
Nothing disburses without a signed CDA. Submit it from the deal’s CDA Workflow tab; when the broker signs, your payout amount is locked in.
Title or escrow pays at the closing table. Invoiced commissions arrive when the client pays the invoice.
Your payout is processed by your chosen method. If you never set one, the payout waits for you to pick how you want to be paid — you’re notified by email, in-app and push the moment it does.
Every payout, its status and its method live in My Money.
Pick it before the closing, not after the CDA is signed.
An invoice bills the full commission owed to the brokerage; the deal’s Financials tab shows your share after the split your leader or owner set. On an individual plan the two match.
Compensation flows under the signed CDA — never accept a commission check made out to you directly.
