How to complete your monthly check-in

Every sponsored partner completes a short monthly check-in about the prior month — production by approved transaction type plus a few compliance questions. It’s required by the Policies & Procedures Manual (§ 22.8) and takes a few minutes.

The six steps

  1. 1

    Open it

On the 1st you get an email and a text with a personal link that opens the check-in without signing in — don’t forward it, the link is your credential. Or open My Check-In in the app; a pending check-in also shows as a dashboard banner.

  2. 2

    Confirm your approved scope

The top shows your approved transaction types and counties exactly as RaiderX has them. Anything not listed is not approved.

  3. 3

    Report production per type

One section per approved type: any activity last month, or active now? Deals already in RaiderX are pre-filled — confirm, edit or add units. No activity collapses the section, so a quiet month takes under a minute.

  4. 4

    Answer the disclosures

A TREC complaint, a license status change, client funds, an unreported referral fee and the like — or “none of these apply”.

  5. 5

    Attest and submit

Two required attestations: the answers are accurate and complete, and you practice only the approved types and counties shown.

  6. 6

    Leaders: the team check-in too

Team leaders and LLC or PMC owners also answer a short supervision check-in about their agents. Both must be submitted.

The calendar (Central time)

1st

The period opens — email, text, in-app notice and push.

4th

Reminder to anyone still pending.

6th

Final written notice — due tomorrow.

7th

Last-chance text and email in the evening. Deadline 11:59 PM Central.

8th

Anyone still pending is suspended automatically. Submitting the check-in restores access immediately — no ticket needed.

Rules worth knowing

Suspension is automatic, and so is the fix

Submit the check-in and access returns the same moment. Only the broker can lift it any other way.

Answers are certified

False, incomplete or misleading answers are treated as falsification under P&P § 22.5.

It doesn’t replace the 24-hour duty

The § 2.3 requirement to notify the broker within 24 hours of a reportable event still applies.
