Your sponsorship dues are a monthly subscription. Everything about it — the card on file, invoice history, cancelling or coming back — lives under Settings → Billing & Subscription.
Settings → Billing & Subscription (mobile: Billing). You’ll see your plan, status, next billing date and invoice history.
Replace the card on file — a hosted billing portal is available too. The next retry uses the new card.
Reminders escalate over the following days by email, then a text, with your leader and the broker copied as it goes on. Update the card and the subscription resumes. If it stays unpaid, the account is suspended until the balance clears.
Reactivation is automatic on the next successful payment — dashboard, mailbox, business card and access restore immediately. No re-onboarding and no new paperwork: you keep your sponsorship, documents and account.
Cancel from Billing settings — by default effective at the end of the current period, and you can reverse it before it takes effect. Plan changes are prorated.
Individual $99 a month. Team $119 a month per person, with how each agent’s share is paid set by the team leader. LLC $199 a month plus $20 per sponsored agent. PMC $499 plus $20 per agent. Every tier keeps 100% of commission — no desk fees, no transaction fees.
You pay $0 only while your team or LLC’s own subscription is current. If it lapses you’re notified, then suspended until it recovers — and restored automatically when it does.
