How much does it cost to join GMAR?

Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS® publishes for 2026: $130 per year in local dues plus $358 for Texas REALTORS® and NAR; $100 in one-time application, orientation or setup fees; about $780 per year for MLS access. That works out to roughly $1,368 for a first full year as a primary REALTOR® member, before supra ekey fees, which GMAR does not publish. Dues are prorated by the month you join. What does a broker or LLC pay to open an office with GMAR?

GMAR does not publish its Designated REALTOR® or office fees online; contact the board for the broker application. A broker who is a REALTOR® is also responsible for board membership (or a non-member assessment) for every licensee the office sponsors.

Which Texas counties does GMAR cover?

Texas REALTORS® lists Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS® as the local association for Hidalgo and Starr counties.
