How this fits RaiderX sponsorship

RaiderX-sponsored agents join one of RaiderX's seven member boards — SABOR, HAR, MetroTex, ABoR, Greater McAllen, Lubbock and Permian Basin. LAR is not one of them: RaiderX joins another association only when the agent agrees to bear that membership expense. Ask on the intro call if LAR's MLS is essential to your market.

LAR membership FAQ

How much does it cost to join LAR?

Laredo Association of REALTORS® publishes for 2026: $161 per year in local dues plus $358 for Texas REALTORS® and NAR; $100 in one-time application, orientation or setup fees. That works out to roughly $619 for a first full year as a primary REALTOR® member, before mls fees (separate mls application) and supra key fees, which LAR does not publish. Dues are prorated by the month you join. Verified September 18, 2026.

What does a broker or LLC pay to open an office with LAR?

LAR lists application fee (broker) ($250), new office setup fee ($500) — $750 in one-time fees — on top of the Designated REALTOR®'s own dues and MLS subscription. Every licensee sponsored by that office then joins as an individual member.

Which Texas counties does LAR cover?

Texas REALTORS® lists Laredo Association of REALTORS® as the local association for Duval, Jim Hogg, Webb and Zapata counties.

Is LAR one of RaiderX's member boards?

No. RaiderX holds broker membership at seven Texas boards — SABOR, HAR, MetroTex, ABoR, Greater McAllen, Lubbock and Permian Basin — and sponsored agents join one or more of those. RaiderX does not join another association such as LAR unless the agent agrees to bear that membership expense.
