Texas REALTORS® and NAR dues are prorated at joining; LAR annual dues are paid in full at joining; MLS dues are billed quarterly.

New members attend orientation within the first two offerings and complete MLS orientation within 30 days.

LAR is moving to the Tangilla membership system and cannot process new applications September 21–28 2026.

How much does it cost to join LAR?

Lubbock Association of REALTORS® publishes: $400 in one-time application, orientation or setup fees; about $498 per year for MLS access; about $236.16 per year for the lockbox key service. That works out to roughly $1,492.16 for a first full year as a primary REALTOR® member, before lar annual local dues (paid at joining; amount not shown on the application), which LAR does not publish. Dues are prorated by the month you join. Verified September 18, 2026.

What does a broker or LLC pay to open an office with LAR?

LAR lists initial joining fee (non-refundable) ($400), initial mls office set-up fee ($750) — $1,150 in one-time fees — on top of the Designated REALTOR®'s own dues and MLS subscription. Every licensee sponsored by that office then joins as an individual member.

Which Texas counties does LAR cover?

Texas REALTORS® lists Lubbock Association of REALTORS® as the local association for Lubbock County.

Can RaiderX-sponsored agents join LAR?

Yes. Lubbock Association of REALTORS® is one of the seven Texas boards where RaiderX holds broker membership, so a RaiderX-sponsored agent joins LAR directly as a REALTOR® member and MLS subscriber under RaiderX's sponsorship. You pay the board's dues and fees yourself — they are separate from RaiderX's flat monthly sponsorship fee — and the board, not RaiderX, handles MLS access, keys and billing.
