How much does it cost to join AAR?

Amarillo Association of REALTORS® publishes for 2026: $633 per year in dues (a single figure that already includes Texas REALTORS® and NAR); $303 in one-time application, orientation or setup fees. That works out to roughly $936 for a first full year as a primary REALTOR® member, before mls participation fees (separate mls participation agreement) and lockbox key fees, which AAR does not publish. Dues are prorated by the month you join. Verified September 18, 2026.

Which Texas counties does AAR cover?

Texas REALTORS® lists Amarillo Association of REALTORS® as the local association for Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Deaf Smith, Donley, Hall, Hansford, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher and Wheeler counties.

Is AAR one of RaiderX's member boards?

No. RaiderX holds broker membership at seven Texas boards — SABOR, HAR, MetroTex, ABoR, Greater McAllen, Lubbock and Permian Basin — and sponsored agents join one or more of those. RaiderX does not join another association such as AAR unless the agent agrees to bear that membership expense.
