We checked the association's public site on September 18, 2026 and found no dues, application or MLS amounts. Every REALTOR® member still pays Texas REALTORS® ($157) and NAR ($201) dues through the local board, so budget at least $358 a year plus whatever LAAR charges locally, its MLS subscription and a lockbox key. Ask the board for its current fee schedule.
How this fits RaiderX sponsorship
RaiderX-sponsored agents join one of RaiderX's seven member boards — SABOR, HAR, MetroTex, ABoR, Greater McAllen, Lubbock and Permian Basin. LAAR is not one of them: RaiderX joins another association only when the agent agrees to bear that membership expense. Ask on the intro call if LAAR's MLS is essential to your market.
