Every promulgated TREC form and TXR member form used in Texas real estate — in one searchable reference.
“Promulgated” forms are the standardized contracts and addenda the Texas Real Estate Commission requires licensees to use, word-for-word, for specific transaction types — TREC rule §537.11 governs exactly how they can (and can't) be modified. TXR forms, published by Texas REALTORS®, fill in the notices and addenda TREC doesn't promulgate. Forms are revised periodically, and using an outdated version can create real compliance problems, so this library always shows which revision is current and which has been superseded.
RaiderX partners fill and e-sign these forms without leaving the platform: with EZDocs, every current TREC form and a growing library of TXR forms (look for the EZDocs Instant fill badge below) fill the official PDF from a guided form with every signature line placed automatically, and the signed copy files itself into the deal. Deal Manager, our contract-to-close task engine, then reads the signed form and generates the deal's deadlines, contingencies, and tasks.

Promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Every licensee must use the current version of these forms exactly as published — see the fidelity rules in §537.11.
Published by Texas REALTORS® for its members. TXR forms fill gaps the TREC promulgated forms don't cover — notices, addenda, and disclosures used across everyday transactions.
RaiderX partners fill and e-sign these exact forms in-app with EZDocs, then get automatic deadline tracking and contingency reminders from Deal Manager — no separate e-signature bill, no more manually counting option period days.
